Platform shelter inaugurated at Udupi Railway Station

Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd., (KRCL) on Saturday, February 8, commissioned a platform shelter on Platform (PF) no. 2 of Udupi Railway Station.

Donated by Senior Chamber International, Udupi, the shelter was inaugurated by chamber president Chandrashekhar in the presence of KRCL senior regional Traffic Manager Dileep D. Bhat and members of the chamber.

PF no. 2, serving passengers towards Mangaluru and further, has a couple of shelters donated by voluntary organisations and the new shelter adds to passenger amenities, KRCL said in a statement.
